We are searching for a highly skilled Assistant Brand Manager to join our growing team. You will assist in developing, executing, and monitoring brand strategies that enhance brand equity and market presence. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business goals and maintain the highest standards of creativity, consistency, and performance.

  • Support the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with creative and digital teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Manage day-to-day brand operations and communication materials.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market performance.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and campaign materials.

Common responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the Brand Manager in implementing marketing and branding strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze brand performance metrics and prepare detailed reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
  • Maintain brand guidelines across all digital and print platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer insights and trends.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand positioning and visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, Brand Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with analytics tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
