We are searching for a highly skilled Content Writer to join our growing team. You will create, edit, and refine engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials that align with our brand voice and goals. You will also be responsible for collaborating with designers, marketers, and SEO specialists to ensure that all written materials are impactful, accurate, and optimized for performance.

  • Optimize content for search engine visibility (SEO) and conversion rate (CRO) through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
  • Ensuring your content is well-optimized for search engine rankings following our established guides.
  • Research competitors and ensure any comparisons made in campaigns are accurate and adequately position MindSync Digital benefits above our competitors.
  • Craft copy to articulate the benefits of new features on our website.
  • Participating as a valuable contributor to our Growth team, which is responsible for growing our website traffic, email list, and new sales.
  • Help our team craft better internal processes and systems by documenting your work and utilizing our project management tools to keep work on track.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to streamline your workflow and enhance the quality of your writing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales copywriting and digital marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Excellent command of English with strong writing and editing skills.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and online content strategies.
  • Ability to research topics thoroughly and produce original content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Creativity and adaptability in writing styles and tones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Portfolio of published work or writing samples is required.
