Description

We are searching for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. You will design, develop, and implement testing procedures to ensure our software and digital products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. You will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve issues before product release, ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience.

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure product quality at every stage.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Verify that software meets functional and design specifications.
  • Continuously improve QA processes and testing efficiency.

Common responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Plan, design, and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across platforms.
  • Identify and report bugs, inconsistencies, and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects.
  • Maintain documentation of test results and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry quality requirements.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a QA Specialist, QA Engineer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of API testing and version control systems is a plus.
  • Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
